This cool design is a caterpillar sting on my arm. But not just any caterpillar, this was a puss caterpillar which is the most poisonous in North America. The pain was like an intense burning and went up my arm and lasted a long 14 hours. There was no break or relief until I was finally able to fall asleep last night. It still hurts today, but I can actually function and work. It is pretty lame that a caterpillar put me out of commission for a whole day!
This walking pile of fur is evil!

This big team from Michigan split up and had part in gutting 5 homes. Three of them in Lafitte LA, that were recently flooded by Gustav and Ike.
Things get complicated sometimes. Houses we have planned sometimes fall through, either we get to the house and it's locked or already finished, or the owner is there telling us they just learned their house must be bulldozed. When things like this happen, I am left scrambling, because we have an anxious team ready to get working. This week, was one of those weeks where everything was going wrong and yet God worked everything out. For example, the team was about to finish a house and I did not have another one set up for them to gut and low and behold a neighbor comes over and wonders if we could gut her home. So we were able to move right over and start on it. No need for government red tape and paper work. This lady was really moved by our service and I thought it cool that God provided another house and work for the team at the exact time I need Him too.
