A family's house was flooded during Katrina, a couple of years later after the rebuilding was finally complete, they were just about to move back into their home. But someone who stole a car parked it in their car port and set it on fire and it burned the house down, soon after this happened some people at Tulane heard about this and wanted to help, so they came and took most of the charred wood to the street. But recently the government was fining them because the yard was over ground. So me and Mark went to cut the grass and a few days later some Tulaners helped me take more of the debris to the street.
