Joanne, decided to stop by and volunteer with us on her way back to Alaska from Africa. A wise move, I mean, in Sudan it was like 120 degrees and New Orleans will be a good in between. It is great having a friend around and I'm glad to have a helping hand the next few weeks with all the work we must get done before the Urban Discipleship Training School starts. Last night she wanted me to go with her to get coffee and beignet at Cafe Du Monde and well, I brought my camera along. :)
